LEARNING OUTCOMES
By the end of this course you will:
- Know what to do in the event of someone self-harming
- Recognise the wrning signs of a suicide attempt
- Know what to do if you find someone attempting suicide
- Understand how to support those with depression
- Understand how to support those with anxiety and what to do in the event of an anxiety attack
- Recognise the symptoms of acute psychosis what to do in the event of acute psychosis
- Understand what is meant by "Traumantic Event" and how to help those experiencing traumatic events
- Know how to support those with eating disorders
- Know how to support those with Schizophrenia
- Know how to support those with Bipolar Disorder
- Be aware of the different personality disorders
- Understand how alcohol and drugs can impact mental health

Course Information
- Link for training will be emailed 48 Hours prior to the course
- No Refunds will be given for non-attendance
- Delegates to login 15 minutes before the start of course to register
- Mics must be working
- Cameras must be on at all times
- If Mics and cameras not working admission will be denied with no refund
- Must be in a suitable location to undertake training
