Terms and Conditions

Learner Pre Course Information

  • Learners are to be made aware that there will be an end of course assessment, usually in the form of a question paper. Learners will require a pen and paper throughout the course.

Maximum Delegate Number

  • Mandatory – Maximum of 15 delegates unless a practical element is included which reduces the number to 12 maximum
  • Clinical – Maximum of 12 delegates
  • Virtual – Maximum of 15 delegates

  • Medical conditions
  • Where practicable, please can you notify us of any special considerations so that we can prepare reasonable adjustments to the course in advance. Alternatively, please can you provide learners with our contact details so that they may contact us directly.

  • By accepting this booking, you are agreeing to our terms which includes not poaching our trainers directly to work for you. Trainers will also be in breach of their contract with us if they were to accept work from you without our consent

Cancellations

  • Orchard Rock reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if a course is cancelled within 21 working days of the date of training. 100% is payable if training is cancelled 14 working days or fewer prior to training. 50% of the course fee is payable if the course is cancelled between 15 and 21 working days of training. Cancellation charges will always be waivered where exceptional circumstances prevail and Orchard Rock Training and the client have mutually agreed. All cancellations must be confirmed in an email and for any cancellations within 7 days they must also be accompanied with a phone call to ensure that the booking's team are fully aware of the cancellation.

Certificates

  • If we are responsible for producing your certificates, the certificates for this training will be produced within 1 week of the course and dispatched upon payment of our invoice. Invoice terms are 2 weeks from the date of training unless agreed in writing otherwise.
