Coeliac disease training helps nursery staff prepare and serve food safely for a child with coeliac disease, recognise and remove hidden sources of gluten, and keep the child included in everything the other children do. Delivered on-site by our experienced trainers.

Keep a child with coeliac disease safe and included

By the end of the course, delegates will:

  • Explain what coeliac disease is, and how it differs from allergy and intolerance
  • Recognise the signs that may point to it in a young child
  • Know why gluten must never be removed before testing
  • Identify the obvious and hidden sources of gluten in a nursery
